My Motivation
Last December brought long-awaited news: Loryanne, my girlfriend, was finally finishing her remission from Hodgkin's disease after five years. To highlight her health and the official end of the illness, she wanted to participate in an event that was important to her: the Tour Charles-Bruneau. In fact, she wants to participate in the Tour because she witnessed the departure of the cyclists between two nights in the hospital during her chemotherapy treatments. It was then that she promised herself that she would also participate when the illness was behind her.
I am honored that she invited me to take on this challenge alongside her. I wasn't going to refuse a challenge that combines a sport and a cause that are close to my heart!
