My Motivation

This year, I’ll be taking part in the Tour CIBC Charles-Bruneau for the very first time — cycling 275 km over two days in support of a cause that’s deeply meaningful to me, both professionally and personally: pediatric hemato-oncology research.
I’ll be riding alongside my colleagues Dr. Nicolas Prudhomme, Dr. Caroline Laverdière, and Dr. Sonia Cellot.
As a hemato-oncologist and researcher, I witness every day the challenges faced by children with cancer — but also the incredible progress made possible through research. For many years, the Charles-Bruneau Foundation has played a central role in supporting all four pediatric centers across Quebec. It has enabled major breakthroughs, including the integration of genomics into clinical care to better diagnose and treat childhood cancers.
Your donation will make a real difference — helping improve diagnostic tools to make them faster, more precise, and less invasive, so that every child has access to the best possible care.
