Emmanuelle, 12 years old, is in remission from acute myeloid leukemia.

Emmanuelle, or Emy to her friends, loves eating sushi but prefers cooking pancakes. Besides her brother, whom she adores "because he's cool!", Emmanuelle loves... talking! And, surprisingly, her favorite animal is actually an amphibian: the frog!

Emmanuelle dreams of jumping into water from a tree, and if she could choose a superpower, it would be time manipulation.

Emmanuelle's mom had this message for the cyclists of the Tour CIBC Charles-Bruneau: "We want to thank you for your commitment. This disease, AML, is very aggressive, and it's thanks to donations from people like you, and research efforts, that my daughter was able to receive treatment that helped put her in remission, even cured her."
