Profile and story

Alice is currently undergoing treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia at the Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau at the CHU Sainte-Justine. Outgoing, agile and creative, Alice loves to sing, play outdoors and spend time with her friends. If you see her, she'll probably be with her beloved doll Buba, who accompanies her everywhere, even during her treatments. Alice loves science and dreams of owning an aurora borealis observation hotel. She loved her last trip to Brazil, where she visited her grandparents, and dreams of going back to eat polenta with them. Alice speaks two languages ; Portuguese and French.

"I love cycling. My uncle in Brazil is a long-distance cyclist and I love him. As for me, I'm proud to have pedaled on a Montreal bike path for the very first time last Sunday."
