SPRING DRAW OF THE CHARLES-BRUNEAU FOUNDATION

ALL NET PROCEEDS FROM THIS DRAW WILL BE USED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES

The Grand Spring Draw begins on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. Montreal time (the "Draw Opening Date") and ends on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 11:00 p.m. Montreal time (the "Draw Closing Date").

The seventy-nine (79) tickets drawn will entitle the winner to an adult hybrid bicycle valued at $553.

DRAWING RULES (RACJ: license no. 432145-1, file 11-11192-1)

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The draw is open to any person aged 18 years or older who is a resident of Quebec, with the exception of the members of the Board of Directors and the permanent staff of the "Fondation" and persons domiciled with them.

1.2 The "Fondation" reserves the right to verify the age, identity and domicile of any person in order to claim a prize.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The "Foundation" has made 56,800 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $2.00 each. Each ticket gives participants a chance to win one of the seventy-nine (79) identical prizes detailed in section 3 with an approximate total value of $43,687. Tickets are available at participating IGA stores in Quebec.

Stubs must be duly completed to be eligible and placed in the boxes provided. Please note that tickets are sold in Quebec only.

3. PRIZE DETAILS

Each ticket gives you the chance to win one of the following seventy-nine (79) identical prizes:

An adult hybrid bike with an 18" aluminum frame; suspension seatpost with quick release; 7-speed thumb lever; Shimano derailleur (or equivalent); alloy linear brakes (V-Brakes); luggage rack; cell phone rack; adjustable kickstand; aluminum handlebar bell; front and rear reflectors. It will be delivered 90% assembled.

4. DRAW

The seventy-nine (79) draws will take place on May 19, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the various IGA markets listed in the appendix at the end of this document.

The names of the winners will be announced on the website www.tourccb.ca/actualites/tirage-printanier/ no later than Wenesday, July 20, 2022.

Chances of winning: The odds of an entrant's ticket being selected depend on the number of tickets sold during the draw period, out of a total of 56,800 tickets available.

5. PRIZE CLAIMS

5.1 The "Fondation" will contact each Winner within ten (10) business days of the draw date. Each Winner will be required to sign a document certifying that he/she has taken possession of his/her prize in accordance with the terms of these rules and releasing the "Fondation", its sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, claim, demand, action, proceeding, liability, costs, expenses and obligations of any kind or nature whatsoever that the Winner or any other person may suffer, incur or suffer in connection with the draw or the prize.

5.2 If the selected Participant cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days or if the Participant declines the prize, the selected Participant will not be entitled to the prize and the "Fondation" may conduct another draw to select another Participant for that prize. Failure by a Participant to comply with any of the above conditions or any other condition set out in these rules will result in the disqualification of that Participant.

5.3 In all cases of prize claims, the "Fondation" will award the prize only to the person whose name appears on the draw coupon or to any other person designated in writing by said Winner.

5.4 In the event that an Entrant selected for a prize is found to be ineligible to participate in this draw, he/she will be disqualified. The "Fondation" will then contact the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, which will decide how to award the prize. Such a procedure will not affect the awarding of other prizes.

5.5 Prizes must be claimed before July 19, 2022, 5:00 p.m., at the IGA store in Quebec where the ticket was drawn.

5.6 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. The images presented on the website may differ from the prizes offered. They are for information purposes only.

5.7 Any Winner who has not claimed his/her prize by July 19, 2022 will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize. The " Fondation” will then contact the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, which will decide how to award the prize.

5.8 Any dispute will be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a final decision.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Participant authorizes the "Fondation" and any of its sponsors to use his/her name, photograph, image, voice and/or statements relating to his/her prize, as the case may be, for publicity purposes or for any other purpose related to the activities of the "Fondation", without any form of compensation.

8.1 The "Fondation" and the other Releasees will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost or late entry forms, which will be void.

8.2 The "Fondation" reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from this draw and any future draws or promotion conducted by the "Fondation" any individual who is found or suspected to have tampered with the draw or the draw's website, to have violated these Rules, or to have acted in an unsportsmanlike manner or in a manner which is likely to cause annoyance, torment, threaten, or harass any other person.
